JK Machining owns three Röders high-speed vertical machining centers.
The Röders RXP 601 DSH is a 5 axis CNC capable of feed rates up to 2300 ipm and spindle speeds of 42,000
The RXP 801 is a 3 axis CNC capable of feed rates up to 2000 ipm and spindle speeds of 36,000.
And the RP 600, also a 3 axis CNC, is capable of feed rates up to 1200 ipm and spindle speeds of 36,000.
The first two machines achieve a precision of better than 0.0002" machining accuracy by a double feedback system
consisting of linear motors (no ball screws) and optical encoders on each axis.
The 3rd machine also achieves a precision of better than 0.0002" accuracy while using ball screws.
These machines are perfect for the mold making industry,
achieving a milled surface with near mirror finish.

And for drilling cycles and roughing, JK Machining utilizes 2 Milltronics VM22 CNC machines.
All CNC's and HSM's come equipped with Lasers and Probes.
