JK Machining owns two Röders high-speed vertical machining centers.
The Röders RMS600 is capable of feed rates up to 1200 ipm and spindle speeds of 42,000
Whereas the RP800 is capable of feed rates up to 2000 ipm and spindle speeds of 36,000.
For both machines a precision of better than 0.0002" machining accuracy is achieved by a double feedback system
consisting of both linear scales and rotary encoders on each axis.
These machines are perfect for the mold making industry,
achieving a milled surface with near mirror finish.

And for drilling cycles and roughing, JK Machining utilizes 2 Milltronics VM22 CNC machines.
All CNC's and HSM's come equipped with Lasers and Probes.
